          What is it about? This is a survey by Daniel Koeppel Associates Co. Ltd. “The hospitality’s environmental sustainability specialist.” – DKNA is currently seeking opinionated feedback from culinary professionals such as Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs and Food and Beverage managers/directors of hotels or restaurants.

          Why me? You are asked to provide feedback, as you are a professional chef/F&B manager or director. Your feedback is important to us so that we can create a chef focused, environmental sustainability training.

          How much time does it take? The survey should only take about 5 minutes of your time.

          What do i get out of it? Your answers will be completely anonymous. All survey results will be published next month on our websites blog.
