Paul Robere, a native of the United States, is resident in Thailand since 1991.
He is the owner of a leading consulting company in Bangkok.
Since 1992 he is an active driver of Thailand’s Quality management system implementations (ISO 9000, ISO 14001 EMS) in the hospitality industry among other key industries.
In 2000 Paul Robere was instrumental to Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square obtaining their ISO 9001:2000 certification, as the first hotel worldwide.

Silvio Reale is the Chief Executive Officer for VDA Asia Pacific and joined VDA in 2008. VDA, with its headquarters in Pordenone Italy, is a multinational software and solutions provider with a proven hospitality end-to-end IP based platform for digital HD interactive TV, in room energy management technology and digital signage.
Mr. Reale has over 20 years experience in the field of Automation and Control and IT related technology and has held Senior Management, Marketing and Product Management positions with Siemens and Honeywell International. Mr. Reale, an Australian national based in Bangkok Thailand, holds a degree in Automation & Control and a Master of Business & Technology from the University of NSW and he is driven by a passion for innovation. Today he leads the VDA Asia Pacific team, a provider of hotel technology to over 1,600 hotels worldwide in > 200,000 rooms serving hotels, hospitals, cruise ships and luxury living residential developments.
Fausta Borsani is an agricultural engineer with economical specialisation and an expert in the field of sustainability and human rights. After her graduation from the ETH Zurich, she worked for large companies as well as for various NGOs. She was responsible for ethical projects and issue management at Migros (Switzerland’s largest retail chain) where she built up sustainability communication and projects for the most important commodities as well as strengthened the supply chains of the whole assortment, introducing and controlling ethical standards. Later she acted as Head of Corporate Responsibility at the travel company Kuoni, with focus on projects against sex tourism and human trafficking, climate resilience of tourism destinations, working conditions on premises and water resources conflicts. Her last employment was as project director of the Foundation for Sexual Health, where she developed prevention projects in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health FOPH. She now works as an independent consultant focusing on sustainability and human rights.
